Our Valentine's day was nice. Aside from the random downpour of rain (which I'm not complaining because we needed rain super-duper bad) we had a really nice day together. Ryan got me some beautiful red roses. I love flowers so much. They just make me happy. We watched about 4 movies, took a nap, and had Chili's-To-Go. That's my idea of a relaxing day.
So i have to explain the stuffed bulldog. :( My parents got their bulldog, Sophie, bred back in December. And Ryan and I were SOOOO excited because they had agreed to give us one of the puppies!! Yeah I know...AWESOME! We seriously have planned the next year of our lives around getting this puppy. So Ryan got me this cute little stuffed bully to represent our future addition to the family. Well....Sophie had her sonogram yesterday...and NO puppies. Not ONE!
We were so sad. For whatever reason the breeding didn't work. So, yesterday was a poo-poo day to say the least. For now I guess I will have to settle for a stuffed dog. But we have high hopes for a real puppy out of Sophie someday.

that's sad you don't get a puppy anytime soon. bulldogs huh? i had some people in my ward that are obsessed with bulldogs! i'm more of a pug fan myself, which can probably be attributed to my last name :) pretty flowers! roses are my favorite.
