Valentine's

Our Valentine's day was nice. Aside from the random downpour of rain (which I'm not complaining because we needed rain super-duper bad) we had a really nice day together. Ryan got me some beautiful red roses. I love flowers so much. They just make me happy. We watched about 4 movies, took a nap, and had Chili's-To-Go. That's my idea of a relaxing day.

So i have to explain the stuffed bulldog. :(  My parents got their bulldog, Sophie, bred back in December. And Ryan and I were SOOOO excited because they had agreed to give us one of the puppies!! Yeah I know...AWESOME! We seriously have planned the next year of our lives around getting this puppy. So Ryan got me this cute little stuffed bully to represent our future addition to the family. Well....Sophie had her sonogram yesterday...and NO puppies. 

Not ONE!

We were so sad. For whatever reason the breeding didn't work. So, yesterday was a poo-poo day to say the least. For now I guess I will have to settle for a stuffed dog. But we have high hopes for a real puppy out of Sophie someday.

Awesome-ness

The past few days have concluded with some pretty impressive sunsets. On our way home from a photo shoot yesterday, Tyan and I jumped out of the car to capture the awesome-ness.

I think Ryan and I have had entirely way too much fun with the photobooth on my computer. I love laughing...

Color

I have been in serious need of something to blog about. I feel like I have such a boring life...maybe it's because I do...yikes. The truth hurts.

So I have been dreaming of my dream house. How I wish we lived in it now! I feel like our decor is bleh. I look around my house and it's bleh. Brown. Brown. Brown...oh look, more brown.

So I need color, people!

I LOVE this idea...what a great way to add color and demension to a wall. It will definately take a while to collect ones I like...(note to self: start collecting plates...now.)

I've had my eye on this print for quite some time now. I don't know why I haven't bought it yet...probably because it doesnt go with anything in our house. Gotta start somewhere though...Fresh paint on the walls would probably help too. I just have a hard time putting in the effort when we live in a rental and we never know when we would have to be move again. 

Any other color-adding suggestions?!
