My sweet Zoe is 1!

I can't believe our little baby is one. It just blows my mind how fast her first year went. Zoe has grown into such a sweet little girl and we just love her to pieces. A few things about Zoe at 12 months of age...

-She has 8 teeth.
-Started walking at 11.5 months. Walks everywhere now. So cute. (Post about walking to come later.)
-Knows where her head and belly are.
-Knows how to make an indian sound.
-Is a diva at times.
-Can kick her beach ball.
-LOVES reading books.
-Loves her sandbox.
-LOVES LOVES LOVES being outside.
-Loves her daddy. Loves to climb all over him.
-Still takes 2 naps a day.
-Says ll done (ah da)
-Says what's that? (dat)
-Loves playing in the dogs' water dishes.
-LOVES the pool.

Puerto Rico

During the week of Ryan's last Spring Break, we packed out bags and headed to Puerto Rico! We had such a great time, the weather was perfect, and grandparents were able to spend time with Zoe. Win, Win, Win.

While in Puerto Rico Ryan raced his first Trialthon ever. It was the San Juan 70.3 Half-Ironman Inagural event. Ryan did so great, especially since it was his first Tri. With Ironman Texas and Ironman Canada coming up in May and August...this was sort of just a long training day for him.

Beach Time. We had a great time at the beach. Zoe loved getting her toes in the sand again. It had been almost 6 months since we were at the beach in San Francisco. She loved eating and throwing the sand. She had a ball! She loved the water too. she would just run right for the ocean. Crazy lady.
















Rainforest. One of the days we were there we visited the National Rainforest. It was pretty awesome.

Bryce + Sierra + Baby Girl

I don't know two people more deserving of a sweet little baby. These two were told that they would never be able to have kids of their own. But in a little over a month they will be given the biggest blessing they could have ever dreamed. Congratulations Bryce and Sierra! You will be such wonderful parents. SOOOO happy for you.
