Handsome Husband
There isn't a day that goes by that I'm not so stinking grateful for Ryan. He is funnier than anyone I know, treats me like a princess (even though I don't always deserve it). And bonus: my heart pitter patters everytime I see him...he's so handsome:)

Thanksgiving and Such
We had Thanksgiving with my family this year. The usual Riggs bunch came for Thanksgiving dinner. It was fun to eat all of that yummy food I remember from when I was a kid. Ryan couldn't believe how much food there was. Here are a few pictures from that day...
Mom slaving away in the kitchen...

The boys hunted every single day during the break. They got their limits every time. Roxie loves going...she lives to hunt. She got pretty cold that morning though.

Friday, Ryan and I drove in for an afternoon of deer hunting. I hunted with Bill and I got my first deer! How cool is that? I shot a doe, and she was pretty big. It was such a rush and so much fun! Bill is my lucky charm I think.
Me and my doe.

All the boys were pretty impressed:) From left to right: Uncle Brett, Jake, John, Me, Bill and Johnny.

San Francisco - Part II
I apologize in advance for the length of this post.
Alas, the San Francisco saga continues....
This first picture is actually from day one. I found my place in the world people! Yep, The Lefty Store. For once in my life I was surrounded by people and things of my own kind. So fun. Of course I got a souvenir T-Shirt to remind me of the happiness I had found.
Our second day began near the Bay bridge. We went to the Farmer's Market...a culinary extraordinaire's fantasy. LOVED IT. Good thing Ryan was there to restrain me from buying all of the fresh produce and sampling ALL of the yummy treats...or maybe that was a bad thing....
This next picture is to show you where the Farmer's Market is in relation to the Bay Bridge...
Doing a little sampling. Don't mind if I do...

Look at how AMAZING these treats look! Places like this make me wish I owned my own bakery already. Those little tarts in the top right corner...tried 'em...loved 'em.
I could have spent all day at the Market but come on people, we had places to go! People to see! Like this guy...
I'm pretty sure he was making music with trash. And what made it ever better, he was having so much fun! Like he had found his purpose in life...
Ryan and I taking a rest...
Me and Mandy being...well...Me and Mandy.
Next stop, the Golden Gate Bridge. It was beyond amazing. It was bigger that I had imagined it being. The only downer was that it was WINDY and misting/fogging/sleeting/i dunno what.

Aww so cute :)
On the bridge.
We were feeling bad for Ryan, because we were dragging him all over the city to shop and do girly things. Since he was behaving so well, we decided to reward him with a trip to AT&T Park. He thought that was pretty cool.
Then it was back to shopping in the little town of Saucalito. So cute and quaint.

Back in San Fran, went drove down the famous Lombard Street. I couldn't get over how steep and windy. Mostly how steep. Ugh, crazy. Looking down Lombard Street...
Looking up Lombard Street.
And just before it got dark we took a picture of the Seven Painted Ladies. You know! The Full House, house!
Later Matthew and Mandy took us to Kokkari, a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant. Very Yummy.

Well, that was our trip. It came and went so quickly. I love spending time with Mandy. We always have fun times, like this...
But leave me feeling like this....it's a good thing.
Thanks so much Matthew and Mandy, for showing us such a fun time. We'll see you next week :)
